How is it that after being approved and funding my account with my checking account, their "woke" children demand the front and back of all my credit cards or they'll FREEZE MY ACCOUNT? F-them!

And, why did the SAME Crypto make money on other trading platforms but CONSISTENTLY AND MYSTERIOUSLY LOSE MONEY on etoro.

I guess their "devil horn" logo should have clued me in. Now I have to •wait• several days to get my money back -- but they sure •TOOK IT• with zero delays. CRIMINAL MORONS.

What's eToro's ticker so I can •sell them short•?

First of all I am a customer of 3 years. I never had any major problems and the app is quite good. I do like the social aspect, but I do not like the fact that there are limited or not quite accurate info about companies (google finance is way better). Withdrawals up until now went okay so nothing to blame there. The account manager I received since 2018, Mrs Constantinescu, is doing a great job. We keep in touch and there is no problem in stating my concerns regarding the platform. Moreover, judging by the easyness to buy stocks/etfs and by the easyness to open an account, I can truly say that the platform is really good for starters. Maybe also after you build up your portofolio. They also have an etoro club, where you can receive some benefits. I like the WSJ subscription.
All in all, I would grade the app a solid 9/10. Easy, friendly, great account manager, pretty good service.
*I heard some things about the customer service not being great(takes a long time to solve tickets) and lots of people had problems with this. I did not have, but this may be a real concern.

Webull platform is a good example of what etoro needs to provide as far as trading tools go but overall a good platform

Absolute joke of a trading platform...don't bother using it. You might be better of playing lottery. Trade options not available, orders do not trigger, stop loss limits, customer service unresponsive... basically they do whatever they like and don't care about you as a customer...stay clear of this platform

Terrible . Still waiting for verification after 2 weeks. I received different reasons every time.
I went online to withdraw my funds. After a week, I logged in to discover somehow / someone cancelled my withdrawal request. I've just made another attempt to withdraw funds. Let's see what happens tonight. If they don't process or cancel my withdrawal again, will report to the EU and Australian regulators.

Absolute disgrace of a site. The etoro money app doesn't work, so if you buy crypto and want to send it - you won't be able to. If you want to sell it - they will steal your money and slow you down a couple of days.

Hello! I started investing with eToro a few months ago. I probably sent around 30k to eToro in several transfers. Few weeks ago, for reasons out of my control, one of the transfers I sent was returned to my bank. I asked eToro about what should be done, and right after that they limited my account. They said I should proceed with the transfer once again, but the support manager probably was in a huge confusion as my account was still limited for both... deposits and withdrawals.
By the way, I'm a Platinum member and I'm supposed to get priority support assistance, but that's just a huge lie. It's just a marketing trick. No priority and actually no Support at all.
Although my account was fully verified and I provided them with every document they asked for, I'm waiting for around 3 weeks for some assistance in this matter, with no success.
My account is limited, with over $19,000 in balance, with no option to withdraw my money in any way. Not even to trade.
You'll probably ask me about support assistance? Or even about Support Manager and Priority (as advertised)?
That will be a good question, as I can say that even if I asked to close my account or to leave me to cash out my money in some way, there is SILENCE. I only receive some template messages asking me to wait and to thank me for understanding. WHAT? Are you kidding with me?
Is there any reason for them to hold my money for that long? I owe them anything? The funds are just in my Dollars balance. They are using my money to make profit and there is no sign about getting my money back.

STAY AWAY from eToro if you want to use your money. Is easy to send them the money in the first place but it becomes impossible to get your money back.
I'm begging them for my money. That's not "cool" AT ALL.

i am frustrated with them guys .. everything is genuine in my case my own credit card i used to pay , gave them all the selfies and credit cards and deposits proof . their policy says withdrawal will be given in 2 business days . etoro is scammer , thief and i suggest everyone to protect their funds ., dont deposit . all these people are not fool that they are saying this . my 1000 usd they did not refund and imagine how many people fund they did not release even when they showed all proofs of deposit .dont get scammed by etoro or you will be here writing your own testimonial .
